Our Rhyl - A Shared Vision for Our Town

At the heart of Rhyl’s transformation is a movement built by its people. The Our Rhyl/Ein Rhyl Board brings together local residents, businesses and partners to lead a £20 million, 10-year regeneration plan rooted in community voice, creativity and pride.

Where We Came From

Rhyl has long been a seaside town with character and ambition. With evolving needs and new opportunities, the Board was formed to ensure that regeneration isn’t just done to the town—but with its people. Together we’re shaping the future, preserving what matters, and inviting new ideas, investment and energy.

Our Mission & Values

We operate through open, transparent and structured decision-making. The Board meets regularly to review progress, discuss community feedback and guide regeneration projects in the right direction. Every action is aligned with our values and designed to benefit the people of Rhyl.

From improved high-street environments and coastal facilities to arts, heritage and new local jobs, each part of the programme contributes to the town’s long-term vitality.
